This past month Ventura has seen a transformation on the outside. With the final touches to the exterior happening, the building’s architectural beauty is really coming to life. Exterior painting has now begun on the Hardie panel, using a rich palette of modern colours and warm textures that will be enhanced by the landscape. Inside, the painters and finish carpenters are also working on every floor to bring life to the suites with the top floor units beginning to receive their post-construction clean. Even our elevator is nearing completion which is good news for all the appliances being delivered and set into place this month!
Of course, we still have a lot more work to get us to the finish line since there are multiple levels with a variety of work still ongoing. However, our team is synergized and continues to work hard and stay focused amid such unusual times.
